The Stand Tall Debt Relief Program is very effective. Below is a step-by-step overview:
Step 1: Call or e-mail us for a free consultation. One of our highly trained debt analysts will assess your financial situation and determine your potential for debt reduction through our program.
Step 2: We will work with you to determine the appropriate amount that you plan to save towards a negotiated settlement. This amount is typically significantly less than your current minimum payments, and accrues toward paying off all of your debt. Remember we use your initial balances when you enroll in the program; we are not simply trying to pay credit card interest charges and fees. These funds will be saved every month in a new account that we set up for you that you control.
Step 3: After you enroll in the "Stand Tall Debt Relief Program" we contact your creditors on your behalf in an attempt to handle all future communication with your creditor. Enrollment in the program should dramatically reduce the number of phone calls you receive from collectors and creditors. You are then requested to avoid using credit and making major purchases while you are enrolled in the program. Remember our goal is for you to be DEBT FREE!
Step 4: After your funds have accrued to make dramatically reduced offers, we begin negotiating with your creditors on an individual bases. Typically, we attempt to reduce debts by 50% of your current balances. During this process we stay in contact with you every step of the way.
Step 5: Once a settlement is reached and payment is setup to be made to eliminate the account at the reduced amount, you'll receive written notification of the settlement amount and will be given the choice of whether you would like to settle at the reduced amount. We respect that this is your money and your credit and you have the final say on all settlements that we make. Once a settlement is made we notify you in writing that the account has been settled with a ZERO balance.
Step 6: Next we request that your creditors report to the credit rating bureaus that your accounts are "settled in full," "settled," "paid," or "settled for less than the full amount." Any which way, you no longer owe anything on this account and the balance is ZERO. You can now Stand Tall again, because you are DEBT FREE!!!
When You Are In The Program: Our Communication With You :
Day 3-5 : One of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will contact you to review this Welcome Packet. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions that may have come up during your review of this packet.
Day 30 : Your highly-skilled Account Manager will contact you via telephone to review a strategy with you. It is important that you call your Account Manager back as soon as possible if he or she leaves a message. This telephone call is an essential element of your program. It will provide information that will be critical when we communicate with your creditors to negotiate the best settlement possible.
Day 60 : You will receive a call from our Customer Service Department to review vital information, answer any questions or concerns you may have and to ensure your program is progressing appropriately. At this juncture of the program you probably will not have funds accumulated in your NoteWorld Trust Account; however, this call will provide us with an opportunity to address any questions you might have and to review aspects of the program that you feel need additional clarification. In addition to these three calls, you will receive calls and email correspondence throughout the duration of your program from our Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers. The calls we make to you have been designed to ensure you have thorough and up-to-date information about your program. Your participation in this process will teach you the valuable skills necessary to become debt-free!
